Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written is mandatory, able to speak Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job portals, and networking methods (LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (advantage).

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions (from staff to supervisor level).
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct CV screening, interviews (phone, online, face-to-face), and assessment when required.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain and update recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
  • Handle employer branding initiatives (job fairs, partnerships with universities, online campaigns).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires and collaborate with HR team for orientation.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to management.
