About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Human Resource and Industrial Relations specialist to join our team at PT. Combine Will Industrial Indonesia. This full-time role is based in Sragen, Central Java, and will play a crucial part in maintaining positive employee relations and supporting our company's human resource initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  2. Managing employee relations, including addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
  3. Coordinating employee benefits, payroll administration, and other HR-related tasks
  4. Collaborating with management to identify and address workforce needs, including recruitment, training, and development
  5. Fostering a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture
  6. Representing the company in negotiations with trade unions and other external stakeholders
  7. Monitoring industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's HR and industrial relations strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management and industrial relations within a manufacturing or similar environment
  2. Demonstrated expertise in labour laws, collective bargaining, and employee dispute resolution
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset
  5. Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
  6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
