About the role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance team, this full-time role of Mandarin Speaker (QAC-Quality Assurance & Quality) at PT Early Light International Indonesia is a leading OEM Toys that specialize in the production high-quality products. Based in Kendal, Central Java, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control across the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to guarantee product quality and adherence to industry standards
  2. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
  4. Providing regular quality assurance reports to management
  5. Communicating effectively with international stakeholders, particularly those in Mandarin-speaking regions
  6. Offering guidance and training to production staff on quality control best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, ideally within the manufacturing, transportation or logistics sectors
  2. Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, in addition to fluency in English
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  5. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  6. Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality management or a related field
