Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sebagai Business Head, Anda akan bertanggung jawab penuh dalam merancang strategi pertumbuhan, memperluas pangsa pasar, dan membangun jaringan bisnis yang kuat. Fokus utama Anda adalah memastikan tercapainya target pendapatan perusahaan melalui penetrasi pasar yang agresif dan manajemen hubungan klien yang strategis.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Strategi Bisnis:
    Menyusun dan mengeksekusi rencana strategis tahunan untuk mencapai target profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan.
  • Networking & Partnership:
    Membangun dan memelihara hubungan tingkat tinggi dengan klien korporasi, perusahaan asuransi, serta pemangku kepentingan industri lainnya.
  • Business Development:
    Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru di sektor asuransi tradisional maupun ekosistem
    insurtech
    .
  • Leadership:
    Memimpin, memotivasi, dan mengembangkan tim sales/brokerage untuk mencapai performa maksimal.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Menganalisis tren pasar, aktivitas kompetitor, dan kebutuhan pelanggan untuk memastikan produk perusahaan tetap relevan dan kompetitif.
  • Compliance:
    Memastikan seluruh aktivitas bisnis berjalan sesuai dengan regulars OJK dan standar kepatuhan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  • Pengalaman:
    Minimal
    10 tahun
    pengalaman manajerial di industri
    Broker Asuransi
    atau
    Insurtech
    .
  • Networking:
    Memiliki portofolio jaringan yang luas di sektor korporasi dan industri asuransi nasional/internasional.
  • Rekam Jejak:
    Terbukti memiliki sejarah keberhasilan dalam mencapai atau melampaui target penjualan (revenue) dalam skala besar.
  • Keahlian:
    Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi tingkat tinggi, presentasi yang meyakinkan, dan pemahaman mendalam tentang produk-produk asuransi umum serta jiwa.
  • Pendidikan:
    Minimal Sarjana (S1) dari universitas terkemuka. Gelar Master (S2) atau sertifikasi profesi asuransi (seperti APAI, CII, atau CIIB) akan menjadi nilai tambah yang besar.
  • Karakter:
    Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat, berorientasi pada hasil, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan tinggi.
