Kami sedang mencari seorang Head of Business Development yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan PT Tata Karya Gemilang, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Jasa Facility Services. Dalam peran strategis ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengembangkan inisiatif bisnis baru yang akan mendorong pertumbuhan dan profitabilitas perusahaan kami. Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Strategi Penjualan

  2. Menyusun strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target revenue dan pertumbuhan bisnis.

  3. Mengembangkan rencana kerja sales (sales planning) berdasarkan analisis pasar dan kebutuhan pelanggan.

  4. Pencapaian Target Penjualan

  5. Mengelola pipeline penjualan dan memastikan proses penjualan berjalan efektif.

  6. Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan bulanan, kuartal, dan tahunan.
  7. Mengawasi negosiasi dan closing untuk pelanggan besar (key account).

  8. Monitoring & Analisis

  9. Melakukan analisis performa penjualan, tren pasar, dan aktivitas kompetitor.

  10. Membuat laporan rutin (daily/weekly/monthly) untuk manajemen.

  11. Koordinasi Lintas Departemen

  12. Berkolaborasi dengan Marketing, Finance, HR dan Operations untuk memastikan kelancaran proses bisnis.

  13. Budgeting & Efisiensi

  14. Mengelola anggaran penjualan dan memastikan realisasi penggunaan yang efektif.

Kualifikasi dan Pengalaman

Gelar Sarjana dalam bidang bisnis, manajemen, atau bidang terkait.

Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di Sales & Marketing ( Level Managerial di Industry Outsourcing / Hospitality/Property ) dalam peran manajerial atau eksekutif di bidang pengembangan bisnis atau manajemen strategi.

Pemahaman yang kuat tentang tren pasar, strategi kompetitif, dan praktik terbaik di industri.

Keterampilan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat, dengan kemampuan untuk mengambil keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan data.

Kemampuan presentasi dan komunikasi yang sangat baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.

Pengalaman dalam pengembangan dan implementasi rencana bisnis yang sukses.
