About the Role

We are seeking a
Business Development Associate Head
to drive sustainable growth at the group level (holding and all subsidiaries). This role will lead business expansion strategies, evaluate investment opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure effective synergy across business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate short-, mid-, and long-term business development strategies aligned with the Group's vision and mission.
  • Identify industry trends, new market opportunities, and potential diversification areas.
  • Source, assess, and manage opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Integrate BD strategies across subsidiaries to create efficiency and added value for the Group.
  • Build and maintain networks with business partners, investors, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
  • Lead the initiation through implementation of new business projects, ensuring target, budget, and risk control.
  • Deliver market analyses and strategic reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Coach and develop the Business Development team at the holding and support BD roles in subsidiaries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any major).
  • Strong active proficiency in

  • Proven experience in business development, project management, and business feasibility analysis.
  • Strong analytical capability, effective communication skills, and a broad professional network.
  • Solid leadership; comfortable coordinating with top management and external partners.
