Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Business Development Associate role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities, and delivering compelling presentations to clients and partners. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining strong professional relationships, as well as collaborating with various departments to achieve business goals. You'll be the first point of contact with prospective clients, identifying needs and matching them with Fineksi's innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential leads across bank, rural bank, multifinance, P2P lending, and fintech sectors
  • Leverage networking and prospecting capabilities to generate leads and identify strategic sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships with key stakeholders, driving enterprise-level sales.
  • Meet and exceed targets, maintain growth, and develop recommendations to increase account growth and market potential.
  • Prepare and execute strategic plans, market forecasts, status reports, and quota attainment.
  • Develop strategic plans for key industries based on market trends and customer analysis.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Nurture relationships and schedule meetings for the sales or leadership team
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in our CRM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS/fintech preferred)
  • Extensive client network in banks and financial institutions
  • Proven to have a "hunter" mentality with the ability to generate leads and close the deal
  • Strong skills in Presentation Development and Delivery
  • Experience selling to executives at Head level and above with a strong track record.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven ability to manage and nurture professional client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
