As we expand, we're looking for a driven and resourceful
Business Development Associate
to join our team.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across retail, e-commerce, and potential brand partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making and uncover emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand principals, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, commercial quotations, and presentation materials for potential partners.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless onboarding of new brands and projects.
  • Support the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms under the guidance of senior management.
  • Track and monitor performance of new accounts to ensure successful activation and long-term growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or distribution is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing numbers and turning insights into action.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn.
