We're looking for a Business Development professional who's passionate about driving growth through data, strategy, and meaningful client partnerships.

In this role, you'll acquire, develop, and manage B2B relationships — while identifying strategic opportunities that accelerate business scalability.

What You'll Do

  1. Conduct market and pattern analysis to identify B2B opportunities and optimization areas.

  2. Execute acquisition and engagement strategies with enterprise clients using consultative selling.

  3. Identify & pursue strategic opportunities: partnerships, alliances, new offerings.

  4. Build, negotiate, and manage long-term B2B relationships with key stakeholders.

  5. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver integrated B2B solutions.

  6. Diagnose business challenges and propose data-driven improvements.

  7. Craft enterprise-grade pitch decks and proposals that clearly communicate solutions.

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

  2. 2–4 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management with strong B2B exposure (preferably recruitment, HR services, tech or SaaS).

  3. Proven success in B2B consultative selling and portfolio management.

  4. Strong analytical ability to identify patterns and optimize acquisition strategies.

  5. Strong strategic thinking in capturing business opportunities in competitive markets.

  6. Excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.

  7. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management capability.

  8. Data-driven, proficient in Sheets / Excel / BI dashboards.

  9. Excellent English & Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

  10. Based in Jabodetabek.
