Sebagai Executive CEO Driver, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung mobilitas CEO dalam aktivitas harian secara aman, nyaman, dan profesional. Posisi ini membutuhkan kedisiplinan tinggi, kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, serta sikap yang sopan dan dapat menjaga kerahasiaan perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama
  • Mengantar dan menjemput CEO sesuai jadwal kegiatan harian dengan tepat waktu.
  • Menjaga keamanan, kenyamanan, dan kerahasiaan selama perjalanan.
  • Memastikan kondisi kendaraan selalu prima, bersih (interior dan eksterior), serta siap digunakan setiap saat.
  • Melakukan pengecekan rutin kendaraan (oli, air, tekanan ban, service berkala).
  • Menyusun rute perjalanan yang efektif dan efisien untuk menghindari kemacetan.
  • Siap bekerja dengan jam kerja fleksibel, termasuk di luar jam kantor atau saat keadaan mendesak.
  • Menjaga sikap profesional dan komunikasi yang sopan saat berinteraksi dengan CEO maupun pihak eksternal.
  • Menjalankan standar keamanan berkendara sesuai peraturan lalu lintas yang berlaku.
  • Menangani kebutuhan operasional CEO terkait perjalanan, termasuk koordinasi dengan tim internal.
Persyaratan
  • Berpenampilan bersih, rapi, dan profesional.
  • Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK sederajat.
  • Memiliki SIM A aktif dan terbiasa mengemudikan kendaraan matic maupun manual.
  • Pengalaman sebagai driver pribadi/executive/operasional minimal 2 tahun (lebih disukai pernah menjadi driver direksi).
  • Memahami wilayah Jabodetabek dengan baik.
  • Memiliki disiplin, integritas, dan etika kerja yang tinggi.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan jam kerja yang fleksibel dan siap on-call.
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani
  • Mampu menjaga kerahasiaan informasi perusahaan.
