About the Company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an architecture and design firm based in Bali, Indonesia, specializing in creating innovative and sustainable structures that focuses on using natural materials to build a variety of spaces, from homes and hotels to schools and event venues. 

Job Responsibilities

Seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition while nurturing existing relationships. The Business Development Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship, including lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, design coordination, and project delivery.

Serve as the main liaison between the studio and clients, ensuring smooth communication across all project stages.Boost revenue, client satisfaction, and retention through strong relationship-building and targeted marketing efforts.Grow existing accounts, meet sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.Build and maintain trust-based partnerships to deliver an excellent client experience.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or client service roles, ideally with international clients or in a supervisory capacity.Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Suite, CRM systems, BetterProposal, or similar platforms.Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.Experience managing projects and coordinating across teams or stakeholders.Strong negotiation skills and willingness to learn about architectural & design processes.
