PURCHASER – ELPER DEVELOPMENT (Canggu, Bali)

Full-time | On-site | Construction & Real Estate

Elper Development is a fast-growing Bali-based real estate company specializing in luxury villas, resorts, and architectural development. We are looking for a Purchaser to join our procurement team and support our construction projects across Bali.


Position: Purchaser (Construction Materials)
Your Responsibilities:
  • Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Compare quotations and evaluate best value offers.
  • Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Structure, and Project Management teams for material needs.
  • Track orders, follow up timelines, and ensure materials arrive on schedule.
  • Maintain supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy on quantities/specs.
  • Support cost-control and budget monitoring for projects.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience as Purchaser / Procurement staff (construction preferred).
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Good teamwork with multiple departments.
  • Able to visit suppliers and project sites when needed.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials is a plus.
  • Honest, disciplined, and proactive.
