Job Description :

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the community, create and share engaging content, and foster conversations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Monitor user-generated content, manage discussions, and ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Work with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency, gather feedback, and align on campaigns.
  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics to understand audience behavior and report on performance.
  • Organize and execute community events, whether virtual or in-person.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members and brand advocates.

Requirement :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Has 3 years in same experience
  • Proficiency in English both written and oral
  • Proficiency in META Business etc
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools
  • Understanding of social media analytics
  • Strategic thinking and planning ability
