ACCOUNTANT – ELPER DEVELOPMENT (Canggu, Bali)

Full-time | On-site | Construction & Real Estate

Elper Development is a fast-growing real estate and construction company in Bali, developing luxury villas and resort projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support financial operations and work closely with our Purchaser for project material payments.


Position: Accountant (Construction Projects)
Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily accounting tasks and record financial transactions.
  • Work closely with the Purchaser to process payments for construction materials.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely supplier payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial data for each project.
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost control.
  • Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Procurement teams on payment schedules.

Requirements:
  • Min. 1–2 years experience as Accountant / Finance Staff.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Good Excel / accounting software skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work with deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Experience in construction/project-based accounting is a plus.
  • High integrity, discipline, and accuracy.
