About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Recruitment Executive
with a strong background in technology hiring to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top tech talent to support our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on
    tech hiring
    (e.g., software engineers, developers).
  • Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for startups or tech companies.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
