Job Description:

  • Plan and execute marketing activities (ATL, BTL, events, activations, POSM).
  • Manage e-commerce marketing, content, and coordination with enablers (agencies, vendors).
  • Handle product registration, BPOM, Halal, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with agencies, distributors, and regional teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Support product launches and other projects, including artwork and production timelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide insights for brand growth.
  • Manage budgets, purchase orders, and reports in systems (SAP, Coupa).
  • Ensure marketing programs meet company KPIs and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, preferably in health supplements, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPOM registration and import license processes.
  • Hands-on experience in event management, agency collaboration, and distributor coordination.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision (local team is small).
  • Willing to work fully from office (East Jakarta), Monday–Friday.
