As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Executive, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring the right talent for our growing team, while also strengthening our presence as an employer of choice. From sourcing to selection and onboarding, you'll be involved in the full recruitment cycle and drive impactful employer branding initiatives that reflect our culture and values.
What You'll Do
- Assist in implementing the overall recruitment strategy across tech and non-tech roles.
- Execute hiring strategies for various levels, from entry level to managerial positions.
- Source qualified candidates using a mix of active and passive sourcing techniques, job portals, social platforms, and talent databases.
- Conduct interviews using structured methods and assess candidates' core competencies and cultural fit.
- Support the onboarding process and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain and manage a talent pipeline database, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
- Provide well-documented recruitment reports and hiring analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute creative employer branding campaigns, both online and offline.
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiter in a tech company, startup, or recruitment agency, or fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Passionate about connecting with people and building teams.
