We are a dynamic and growing recruitment business specializing in executive search and talent acquisition for a wide range of industries. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, tailored recruitment solutions by identifying top-tier professionals who can drive business success for our clients.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, work on high-impact recruitment assignments, and contribute to the business's growth.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture to deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Leverage various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and direct recruitment to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates for senior and executive-level roles.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and coordinating the offer negotiation process.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet future recruitment needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent for ongoing and upcoming roles.
  • Advisory Role: Provide expert consultation to clients and candidates on market conditions, interview preparation, hiring trends, and career opportunities.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor recruitment performance metrics and deliver regular updates to management and clients on the progress of searches and successful placements.

Qualifications : 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or executive search, with a proven track record of placing senior and executive candidates.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience working across multiple industries, including but not limited to FMCG, healthcare, technology, and financial services, is a plus.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong client management skills with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both client and candidate expectations.
  • Self-Starter & Team Player: Highly motivated, goal-oriented professional capable of working independently and collaboratively.
