About the Role
Responsible for working with agency channel management in recruitment to plan, drive and validate implementation of Talent Recruitment and Leaders Development Strategy in Agency Distribution. Planning, Segmenting, Leverage data analytic and adopt Talent Recruitment and Leaders Development activities to increase Agent recruitment and Leaders promotion.
Recruitment
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment initiatives in line with overall strategy (min. 3 months ahead)
- Collaborate with ABDP using daily cadence to ensure recruitment targets per agency are in line with Company's targets based on EOP, FME and table talk planning and ensuring strict/effective execution of their action plans
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to make informed decision; from prospecting to onboarding to activation
- Helping agencies understand the know-how in the recruitment process including i-Recruit:
- FUFT – focus on increasing conversion rate of each recruitment funnel
- Identifying and addressing challenges in the recruitment process efficiently (including iRecruit) working closely with Agency Digital and ASH)
- Together with the Training team to arrange/design development programs that addresses leaders' capability gap in recruitment with specific focus on recruitment pitch
- Ensuring each agency selects Recruitment EXCO member
- Be the champion of Recruiter Club
Activation of New Recruit
- Working closely with ABDP & training team to develop new agent training context and execution
- Provide feedback to the Training Team on the effectiveness of the content and delivery of the 90 days program in your area
- Make sure new agents enroll in 90 days program
- Make sure agencies start SB for new agent
- All new agents attend SB
- Improve quality of SB – contact and appointment rate
- Institutionalize Agency-led New Agent Training program
Promotion
- Identify potential next gen leaders in advance and work with ABDP to develop them &
- Drive leader direct recruitment as well as promotion culture: Recognize and celebrate new promotions; Leverage data analytics to gain insights into leader development needs and measure the effectiveness of programs.
