  • Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree degree in any related field.
  • Min. 1 year experience in contact center specialized in Inbound Call banking/insurance industries.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and to identify the decision making possibilities.
  • Ready to work on shifting 24 hours.
  • Willing to join immediately.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang/Gunung Sahari.
