- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and service level agreements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in the local language and a good command of English
- High level of resilience and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Willing to work shifts
