REQUIREMENTS

  • Female, active university student majoring in Communication, Business Management, or related field (minimum 5th semester).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with administrative work and coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Willing to learn about business development and partnership processes.
  • Willing to work from office (WFO) 5 days a week, Monday–Friday.
  • Placement: Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta (Bintaro area).

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the Business Development team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Help manage and organize documents, databases, and reports related to partnerships and collaborations.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Update and maintain partner contact lists and follow-up records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and internal updates.
  • Assist in research on potential partners and market trends when needed.
  • Report daily activities and provide admin support directly to the BD Supervisor
