Position Overview:

As a Business Development (Offline Sales) team, you will be responsible for managing our offline sales channels, including handling distribution, modern trade (MT), and general trade (GT). You'll also work with potential partners such as large retail chains, beauty stores, and salon.

Responsibilities:

  1. Expand distribution through retail outlets, and beauty trade stores to achieve sales target
  2. Build good relationship with key stakeholders, distributors, and retailers
  3. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for entering overseas markets.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in offline sales, preferably within the beauty or related industry.
  2. Familiar with managing General Trade (GT) channels; existing network within GT is a significant advantage.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  4. Able to meet targets and thrive under tight deadlines.
  5. Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving sales growth and market penetration.
