AJ Koffie adalah brand kopi dari Bali yang bergerak di bidang roastery, agro coffee farm, green beans, roasted beans, serta produk makanan sehat (Honest Chicken). Kami mencari Business Development yang mampu membantu pengembangan pasar, membangun relasi, serta mendukung strategi pertumbuhan perusahaan.


Tanggung Jawab Utama
1. Pengembangan Bisnis & Penjualan
  • Mencari peluang penjualan baru (B2B dan B2C) untuk roasted beans, green beans, dan Honest Chicken.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien (café, restoran, distributor, hotel, bakery, F&B).
  • Melakukan follow-up rutin untuk meningkatkan repeat order dan loyalitas pelanggan.
  • Menyusun strategi penjualan dan eksekusi di lapangan.
2. Market Research & Analisis
  • Melakukan riset pasar mengenai tren kopi, kompetitor, dan kebutuhan customer.
  • Mengumpulkan data dan insight untuk pengembangan produk dan strategi penjualan.
3. Marketing Support
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk membuat konten, campaign, dan promosi penjualan.
  • Membantu menjalankan kegiatan marketing seperti event, expo, sampling, dan brand activation.
4. Operasional & Reporting
  • Membuat laporan penjualan, pipeline klien, dan forecast market.
  • Menyusun proposal penawaran, quotation, dan dokumen penjualan lainnya.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim roastery, warehouse, dan farm untuk memastikan pemenuhan kebutuhan klien.
5. Strategic Partnership
  • Membangun kerja sama baru dengan komunitas, event organizer, café network, maupun supplier lain.
  • Mengembangkan peluang distribusi dan channel penjualan baru.

Kualifikasi
  • Pengalaman di sales, marketing, atau business development (F&B lebih diutamakan).
  • Memahami dasar dunia kopi (roasting, profil rasa, post-harvest, brewing) menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Komunikatif, analitis, dan nyaman bekerja di lapangan.
  • Mampu mengelola hubungan klien dan bekerja dengan target.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi lebih diutamakan.
