Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably majored in Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant major).
  • Minimum 2/ 3 years' Experience in B2B/B2G Sales or Business Development.
  • Experience in the legal industry & learning management is a plus
  • Having experience in project tender process & procurement;
  • Experienced in learning & event management is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Good analytical skills in accommodating customer needs.
  • Good Presentation & Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and high motivation.
  • Lively, energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM is a must-have.

Responsibilities :

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's and partner's unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer's specific needs and interests
  • Follow-up on all leads and ensure internal funnels/systems are updated
  • Maintain long-term relationships with accounts and maximize sales opportunities within them
  • Sales approach on the networking event/ booth exhibition (another marketing events)
  • Research and build relationships with clients and the decision-makers in the organization
  • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
  • Acting as a key presenter in critical decision-making stages of the sales cycle, building a trusted advisor reputation with new and existing clients
