As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will help grow our business by offering Call Center and AI Scoring solutions to company clients. Your job is to connect with new clients, understand their needs, and provide the right solutions to support their business.

Requirements
:

  • At least 3 years of experience in selling B2B software. (Experience with call center, CRM, fintech, or AI solutions is a big plus.)
  • Experience in selling to clients in the banking, insurance, or multifinance industry.
  • Good understanding of telesales, telecollection, or customer service processes.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Self-motivated, focused on results, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
:

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients in the banking, insurance, and multifinance industries.
  • Do product presentations, system demos, and consultative discussions to understand client needs.
  • Work closely with the technical team and customer success team to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet the company's targets and goals.
