is looking for a Sales B2B/B2G professional to help expand our corporate and government partnerships for solar-powered irrigation solutions. Through AgroSolPump, we've supported more than 5,000 farmers in transitioning to clean and efficient technology, and we are ready to scale further.
What You Will Do
Acquire and manage corporate and government clients
Conduct business presentations and solution pitches
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales cycle
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for implementation
Manage pipeline, update CRM, and complete sales reporting
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2G sales experience (energy, agritech, or industrial sectors preferred)
Strong prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently with high ownership
Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations
