Sales Executive – Genset & Power Solutions (B2B)
Location: South Jakarta – Full WFO
We specialize in industrial diesel generators and integrated power solutions for large-scale projects and expanding our presence in the Indonesian market.
We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive who can grow with us from the ground up, someone who understands project-based sales, builds strong networks, and can confidently approach key stakeholders such as EPCs, contractors, consultants, and end-users.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue project opportunities in target sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct client meetings, present product proposals, and manage negotiations.
- Track tender opportunities, coordinate bidding submissions, and monitor project pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree (any major, technical background is a plus).
- Has B2B/B2G Knowledge is plus.
- Strong communication & networking skills and confidence to approach new accounts.
- Ability to understand technical products (genset knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
- Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Able to communicate in English.
