Tugas dan Tanggung jawab:

  • Merencanakan dan memonitor budget di area Cold End (Warehouse) finished goods, untuk memastikan penggunaan budget secara effektif sesuai yang direncanakan.
  • Merencanakan dan memonitor kesesuaian data terhadap fisik finished goods area warehouse untuk memastikan pengiriman dapat berjalan tepat waktu
  • Merencanakan dan memonitor proses Handling Storage, Stuffing, Loading & Delivery area warehouse untuk memastikan finished goods yang dikirimkan sesuai yang direncanakan.
  • Merencanakan dan memonitor Implementasi sistem kualitas & lingkungan serta pengembangan/improvement operasional area warehouse, untuk memastikan kualitas & lingkungan sesuai dengan persyaratan serta terjadi peningkatan efektivitas kerja
  • Bertanggung jawab penuh atas perencanaan harian/mingguan, memantau status MHE (alat berat), dan mengelola inventori (cycle count).
  • Menangani audit, dan mengelola risiko/lingkungan.
  • Mengelola jumlah karyawan (Headcount) dan overtime, serta menyusun program pelatihan untuk pengembangan staff.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:

  • Pendidikan Minimal D3.
  • Memiliki Pengalaman Minimal 2 tahun di Warehouse (level Supervisor).
  • Memahami proses pergudangan dan logistik, serta mampu mengembangkan prosedur teknis baru.
  • Memiliki Kompetensi Kunci seperti Integritas, Leadership, dan Good Warehouse Practice.
