Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Mengembangkan dan mengawasi strategi perencanaan kerja untuk tim Transport Planner, memastikan pemenuhan (fulfillment) permintaan pengiriman pelanggan tercapai secara optimal.
  • Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pengawasan untuk tim Traffic Control, guna memastikan efektivitas pemantauan pengiriman barang mulai dari proses muat hingga bongkar.
  • Memimpin dan mengelola strategi operasional untuk layanan LTL (Less than Truckload), memastikan profitabilitas dan kualitas layanan.
  • Mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi strategi layanan kargo, termasuk manajemen transportasi laut (sea freight), untuk mendukung diversifikasi dan ekspansi layanan.
  • Memimpin, membimbing (coaching), dan mengelola kinerja seluruh tim operasional untuk bekerja sesuai standar perusahaan.
  • Bertindak sebagai eskalasi utama untuk problem solving yang kompleks di lingkungan operasional yang serba cepat.

Kualifikasi yang Kami Cari:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan (diutamakan Logistik, Manajemen, atau Teknik Industri).
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di industri logistik, dengan prioritas kuat bagi yang memiliki pengalaman di domestic trucking dan sea freight.
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam peran manajerial/kepemimpinan yang terbukti.
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang sangat cepat dan tegas dalam mengambil keputusan.
  • Terbiasa dan tangguh bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan ritme kerja yang sangat cepat (fast-paced).
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan strategis yang kuat.
  • Bersedia untuk bekerja penuh dari kantor (WFO) di area Harapan Indah, Bekasi.
