PT ORI Polytec Composites, established in 1994, is a leading company specializing in machine-processed FRP products and providing services in engineering, manufacturing, and design. We are seeking a highly capable Supervisor OD & HR Operations to drive organizational development initiatives while ensuring effective HR operations, people development, and compensation & benefits management.
This role will supervise staff in OD, People Development, and Comben/Payroll, and is ideal for candidates with strong experience in building OD systems and compensation structures from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development (OD)
- Develop, implement, and maintain OD programs (KPI, Performance Management System, and OKR)
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and workforce planning to ensure an effective organizational structure.
- Create and update HR policies, SOP, and HR frameworks aligned with company strategy.
- Support culture-building initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Compensation & Benefits + Payroll
- Build and maintain Compensation & Benefits structure from scratch (grading, salary matrix, benefit scheme).
- Evaluate benchmark data to ensure competitive compensation aligned with market and company strategy.
- Oversee payroll administration carried out by staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws related to compensation, benefits, and employment terms.
HR Operations
- Handle and supervise employee documentation: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, employee data.
- Ensure HR administration processes follow ISO 9001 and audit requirements.
- Support HR reporting, internal audits, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Provide HR guidance to employees and resolve day-to-day HR operational issues.
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments by supervising HR operation staff.
- Support recruitment activities for operational & head office needs (online/offline).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in OD, HRBP, or HR Operations (preferably with exposure to both OD & Comben).
- Proven experience in developing OD systems and building compensation structures from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of labor law, HR processes, performance management, and payroll.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, structured, and capable of multitasking.
- Willing to work onsite in Cikarang.
