Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end PPIC operations: Master Production Schedule (MPS), material planning, and production scheduling.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, safety stock levels, and material availability.
  • Oversee warehouse and logistics activities, including inbound/outbound, storage, and delivery.
  • Align supply–demand by coordinating closely with Marketing, Procurement, and Production.
  • Improve SOPs, drive efficiency, and optimize logistics and inventory costs.
  • Monitor key PPIC KPIs and lead problem-solving for operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF, QMS, safety, and audit standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Capacity Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and BOM management.
  • Skilled in inventory management, Kanban, and warehouse operations (JIT/JIS).
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
  • Solid understanding of Lean/TPS principles (Kaizen, 5S, Heijunka).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Min. 8 years experience in PPIC/supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
