About the role

We are a manufacture company seeking a talented HRIS Senior Staff to join our dynamic team in West Cikarang West Java. This full-time position is a crucial part of our Human Resources division, playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing our human resources information systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the company's HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and implement HRIS-related processes and policies to streamline HR operations
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the effective utilisation of HRIS tools
  • Analyse HRIS data to generate meaningful reports and insights to inform HR decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HRIS improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HRIS technologies and industry best practices
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Proficient in using HRIS software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and other data analysis applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
  • Willing working on-site at Cikarang Barat (Head Office)
