As part of our Quality Assurance team, you will work closely with experts in biotechnology, cosmetics manufacturing, and GMP/CPKB compliance to ensure product quality, safety, and excellence throughout every stage of production. We are a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to developing innovative products that improve lives and strengthen Daewoong's global leadership in healthcare.Your Role in this Journey:1) Helping QA Manager in establishing a quality system and ensuring compliance with GMP, Cosmetic GMP aspects, and Halal Product Assurance System (HPAS) in the company and ensuring the quality system is implemented in accordance with the latest regulations.2) Helping QA Manager in the fulfillment of GMP technical requirements or regulations of the BPOM related to the quality of the finished product. As well as compliance with the Halal Product Assurance System (HPAS).3) Supervise, provide input and direction on the job descriptions and responsibilities of QA Staff.4) Evaluating reports related to product quality and other company quality systems.5) As an auditor in the internal audit program and self-inspection with another auditor team periodically.6) Participate in the external audit implementation (audit to supplier, drug manufacturers and laboratories on a contract basis, Toll Out Partner).7) Act as an auditee coordinator assistant in the audit handling that is accepted by the company from Government, Toll In Partner or 3rd Party as well as assisting external auditors and coordinating actions/responses to findings.8) Helping QA Manager in carry out the identification, inspection, investigation and sampling, necessary to determine factors that may have an impact on product quality and decide the corrective/preventive action that needed.9) Evaluate the SOP, Work Instruction and Forms that has been made in the company and determine and supervise the implementation of a record keeping system of all activities.10) Helping QA Manager for the assessment of department condition.11) Helping QA Manager to assign and socialize the work targets of department.12) Helping QA Manager in training and development of QA Staff by arranging internal/external training, supervise work discipline of staff and do performance evaluation.13) Helping QA Manager for the operation and maintenance of the company facilities and assets.14) Helping QA Manager to arrange the yearly budget for QA Department, and make the break down budget in the monthly and weekly period, also responsible for the cost and efficiency control.15) Working together, communicate effectively and keep the well relationship with other departments.16) Carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the QA Manager (as back up), if the QA Manager is unable to attend, including the release of finished product batches.Who We're Excited to Meet1) Min.
