Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Costing, Fixed Assets).
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements quarterly for a public company and review financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and SOPs.
  • Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Manage tax compliance (PPN, PPh), including filing, review, and audit support.
  • Monitor and analyze COGS, standard costing, and variance analysis.
  • Support management with financial analysis, margin insights, and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee ERP/accounting systems and lead process automation improvements.
  • Manage, develop, and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance/FP&A for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.

Minimum 8 years experience in accounting with 3–5 years in a supervisory/manager role.

Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.

Experience in manufacturing/FMCG industry highly preferred.

Proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics, Odoo) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Strong understanding of COGS, costing, and inventory accounting.

Experience managing audits and implementing internal control improvements.

High integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Ability to drive digitalization and process automation in accounting.
