Our client, a well-established company in the food processing industry, is seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Head to lead its plant operations and drive excellence across all aspects of manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities:

·       Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations in 2 plants, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

·       Lead and manage plant operations teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.

·       Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), 5S, and Food Safety procedures.

·       Develop and manage annual budgets, operational strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production, commercial, and organizational goals.

·       Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence within the manufacturing organization.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 20 years of experience in food processing manufacturing with a proven track record in plant or manufacturing leadership roles.

·       Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a relevant engineering discipline.

·       Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations Management, Plant Operations, GMP, Food Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Management.

·       Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

·       Ability to manage complex operations, budgets, and cross-departmental coordination.
