TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA:

  1. Mengelola aktivitas Total Productive Management sehingga program dapat dijalankan dan menjadi budaya karyawan di lingkungan kerja.
  2. Mengelola seluruh initiative/program yang terkait dengan Digitalisasi di operasional manufaktur untuk mendukung terbentuknya sistem digital yang tepat dan budaya digital yang solid sehingga mampu mendukung tercapainya proses manufaktur yang efektif dan efisien.
  3. Mengevaluasi performance Perusahaan secara Cost & Quality, mengidentifikasi 16 waste & losses dan memberikan guidance ke divisi terkait untuk melakukan cost/loss reduction program.
  4. Mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan seluruh program Continuous Improvement (SGA, 5R, Kaizen, RCFA, ODSP, Best Practice, dll) untuk menggerakkan karyawan dalam melakukan improvement di area kerjanya sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja.
  5. Mengelola pelaksanaan Safety, Health dan Environment di perusahaan, untuk memastikan aktivitas tersebut dijalankan dengan baik di setiap bagian dalam upaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, nyaman, dan aman bagi seluruh karyawan.
  6. Merencanakan dan mengendalikan Driving System & Saving Plan ntuk memastikan tercapainya target manufacturing excellence.
  7. Melakukan training, coaching dan audit terhadap program-program Digital Manufacturing, TPM, shopfloor excellence, SHE & continuous improvement kepada divisi yang membutuhkan untuk memastikan program dapat dijalankan dengan optimal.

KUALIFIKASI

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Bisnis Management.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Operational Excellence Division Head atau 5 tahun sebagai CI/ OE Dept. Head pada industri manufacturing.
  • Pengalaman implementasi Total Productive Management, Digital Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Safety, Health & Environment.
  • Strong leadership, Supporfull, dan Problem solver.
  • Berlokasi kerja di Cibitung.
