  • Develop Long-Term Operational Plans
    Formulate comprehensive long-term operational strategies by taking into account both strategic and operational aspects, including team development and the business expansion of the company.

  • Implement Continuous Improvement and Quality Standards
    Develop and manage continuous improvement programs (Kaizen), quality management systems (QMS), and workplace safety standards to promote a safe and high-quality work environment.

  • Establish Risk Management Strategies and Policies
    Formulate and implement risk management strategies and ensure the availability of necessary resources. Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks, while ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Master's degree is preferred.
  • English Speaker

Experience:

  • 15–20 years of experience in production/manufacturing in food industry or similar, with a proven track record in senior managerial or divisional leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience managing various production functions, including PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control), Warehouse, LQA (Logistics & Quality Assurance), and Engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Kaizen principles, QMS, and workplace safety programs.
  • Proven experience leading business development initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
