Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree Technical graphic, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in printing/packaging industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical understanding of production processes and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and using production management software
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Willing to work in Cikarang

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands and organisational goals
  • Manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Monitor and analyse production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure seamless production processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
  • Prepare and present production reports to senior management
