About the role

As the Finance, Tax & Accounting Specialist (Mandarin Speaker), you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and reporting for the company. This is a full-time position based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the company's financial records and tax obligations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and ensure all Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FICOTAX) activities run accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, journal entries, receivables, payables, and company cash flow management.
  • Handle all corporate tax obligations, including Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25, 4(2), VAT, and Annual Tax Reports.
  • Ensure compliance with bonded zone regulations, including document administration and customs reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government authorities.
  • Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control to support management decisions.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial and tax reports for management and head office.
  • Responsible for supporting the establishment of the Finance team structure in the following year.
  • Communicate actively in Mandarin and English for reporting, meetings, and coordination with principals or the head office.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FICOTAX)
  • Proficient in Mandarin (oral & written), minimum HSK level 4.
  • Able to communicate actively in English.
  • Possess Brevet A & B certifications (Brevet C is an advantage).
  • Understanding of bonded zone systems and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian taxation regulations.
  • Experienced in using ERP systems (SAP, Accurate, or equivalent).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and adaptability to foreign (Chinese) companies.
  • Willing to work full-time in Cikarang.
