Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field (preferably with experience in a startup company or digital marketing company)

  • Proficiency in operating various company accounting software

  • Understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards), Tax Regulations, Financial Statements, and Budgeting

  • Skills in Data Analysis, Forecasting, Cash Management Systems, and Cashflow

  • Tactical thinker with the ability to make decisions effectively and quickly

  • Knowledge of SAK (Financial Accounting Standards) particularly for Manufacturing/Distribution/Retail Financial Reporting

  • Understanding of Internal Audit processes and procedures

  • Good leadership and communication skills

  • Location: Cikarang Utara, West Java

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all Finance & Accounting activities

  • Analyze revenue, costs, and material consumption

  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, cost control analysis, tax strategy, budget forecasting, and inventory control

  • Globally review company transactions

  • Examine and supervise company assets to ensure proper usage in accordance with company regulations

  • Manage corporate taxation

  • Coordinate financial and tax audits

  • Prepare monthly reports for Management

  • Provide financial strategy recommendations to the Board of Directors (BOD)
