Background:

Borneo Pasifik Global (BPG) is a holding company with diverse business portfolios across several industries. This position will be placed in one of our subsidiaries engaged in trucking services and shipping management, overseeing the end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Oversee finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  2. Review and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow performance.
  3. Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax reports in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and IFRS.
  5. Monitor financial performance, manage working capital, and provide strategic insights to management.
  6. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
  7. Drive process improvement and reporting efficiency using Accurate and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  3. Experience in shipping, logistics, or trucking industry is highly preferred.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian taxation, PSAK, and IFRS.
  5. Proficient in Accurate and Microsoft Excel.
  6. Meticulous with numbers, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
  7. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  8. Strong leadership and people management skills.
