Requirement

  • Minimum S1 from any major with minimum 4 years experience as HSE Coordinator or HSE Supervisor
  • Highly PC literate in MS and other statistical analysis applications
  • Good English (Active)
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Able to be HSE Trainer within the company
  • Understand required regulation for HSE especially in Logistics or Warehouse
  • Having knowledge in HSE Implementation, Documentation, and Audit Process and able to be Auditor for those standard (as HSE Lead Auditor will be more advantage)
  • Ahli K3 Umum from Kemnaker
  • Willing to be Placed in Cikarang-West Java

Job Description

  • Ensure that all required procedures for HSE are available and understood by all personel.
  • Ensure HSE regular meeting are implemented, recorded and follow up.
  • Regularly conducted HSE Training/Briefing aligned with requirements.
  • Consolidate required report and submit to all relevant parties as per agreed timeline.
  • Ensure pest control and other safety equipment in the company are available and in proper condition.
  • Ensure Standard Good Warehouse Practices & Good distribution practices (CDOB) including for Pharmaceutical Industry (where applicable) are implemented and reviewed periodically.
  • Manage HSE Team to ensure all HSE Implementation align with requirements.
  • AK3 Umum & Internal Auditor HSE Certified or other Safety Certificate (First Aid, Fire Brigade)
  • Proficient in QMS Implementation, Documentation, and Audit Process. Must be capable of serving as an Internal HSE Auditor.
  • Able to design, develop, and evaluate training models for quality processes.
