We are currently seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to join us on our growth journey. This position requires someone with experiences and a proven track record in the
software or IT solutions industry
, who will be responsible for leading and optimizing our sales operations to achieve targets, as well as overseeing the effective execution of our marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the CMO
:
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be expected to be able to support the strategic marketing plans of the CMO while taking an active role in the execution and implementation of the planned actions. Collaboration with the CMO is crucial to ensure that marketing strategies are consistently and purposefully implemented.
- Sales Focus in Daily Business:
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, your daily operation will be heavily sales-oriented. This means, leading the team, optimizing the sales process, and focusing on increasing revenue, while taking on the marketing responsibilities.
- Ensuring Well-Executed Marketing-Sales Strategy Integration
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be expected to develop both marketing strategies and sales strategies that work hand-in-hand to drive growth and target the right audiences. You should also focus on improving customer experiences and ensure that marketing materials and campaigns support the sales process.
- Leading the Team
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the whole

Sales as well as the Marketing Executives, ensuring that the team has clear goals and the KPIs. You will have to provide structure and guidance for the team, which is particularly important for maintaining continuity and motivation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- B2B Software Marketing Expertise
We need someone with a deep understanding of the B2B software industry who knows how to integrate digital marketing strategies with sales activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in inbound marketing and lead generation strategies, as well as understand how to optimize sales funnels and collaborate with the sales teams. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, and other related fields.
- Leading Experience:
For this role, we need someone with prior leadership experience. We expect them to be able to lead, organize, and provide effective structure to nurture the team's growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be expected to articulating complex ideas and concepts, and capable of negotiating to find the best solutions fluently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Basic knowledge in German Language will be a plus point.
- Someone who is willing to
Work From Office
(in BSD, Tangerang) and travel to Germany if required.
