Beeza is a leading e-KYC and digital identity verification platform that helps businesses streamline customer onboarding, prevent fraud, and ensure regulatory compliance through AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead and grow the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Beeza's e-KYC and identity verification solutions.
- Drive client acquisition across fintech, banking, and enterprise sectors.
- Manage key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor pipeline performance, sales forecasts, and overall growth metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in SaaS, Fintech, RegTech, or enterprise technology sales.
- Strong network in financial services and digital business sectors.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
