Responsibilities

  • Fostering collaboration and building partnerships.
  • Identify suitable boutique, resort, and business hotels for cooperation.
  • Present proposals and develop partnership packages with hotel management.
  • Manage negotiations to finalize agreements.
  • Create strategies for expanding hospitality partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional ideas and identify industry trends.
  • Coordinate and execute hotel campaigns, ensuring they meet engagement and sales targets.
  • Monitor performance and report results to management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners, ensuring satisfaction and exploring new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or Management.
  • Two to three years of experience in marketing partnerships, business development, or sales in the hospitality or agency sector.
  • An extensive network in the hotel industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of brand collaboration and digital promotion strategies.
  • Ability to create and submit partnership proposals.
  • Goal-oriented with a willingness to travel for meetings and pitches.
  • Experience in a digital agency handling hotel accounts.
  • Familiarity with hotel promotion campaigns on social media (TikTok, Instagram, OTA).
  • Basic skills in analyzing partnership performance (ROI, exposure, engagement).
