About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Luckboil Indonesia. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets. This is a contract position based in Tangerang, Banten, offering the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identifying and cultivating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
  2. Conducting client meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services
  3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets
  4. Providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge
  7. Accurately tracking and reporting on your sales activities and pipeline to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the Penjualan industry and the Perwakilan/Konsultan Penjualan sub-industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  3. Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome obstacles
  5. Proficient in using sales CRM tools and other relevant software
  6. Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and continuously learn and grow
