What will you do:

  • Actively prospect and develop new customer accounts.

  • Present vehicle features, financing options, and EV technology benefits.

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet assigned targets.

  • Guide customers through financing, insurance, and documentation requirements.

  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals.

  • Submit accurate reports and forecasts; provide market feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • College graduate or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably in automotive, motorcycles, financing, or retail consumer products).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with diverse customers.

  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

  • Basic knowledge of financing/banking processes (car loans, installment plans) is an advantage.

  • Good command of English or local dialect fluency preferred.

  • Willingness to work in field/showroom settings, including weekends and holidays when required.
