What will you do:

  • Mainly responsible for organizing and implementing the business plan of the B2C sales department

  • Proposing strategies, sales policies, and competitive plans to achieve KPIs

  • Organizing human resources, building sales capacity, training the sales team

  • Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly activities, finding solutions to increase sales performance

  • Grasping market and competitor information to adjust sales activities to suit the market

  • ​​Responsible for reporting to the Sales Director

  • Building a network of relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in automotive, fleet management, leasing, banking, or transportation services).

  • Strong network or prior exposure to fleet operators, taxi/transport cooperatives, or ride-hailing platforms is a plus.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

  • Good command of English (verbal and written) or other local languages is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
