Role Description

We are looking for a
Executive Sales B2C/B2B
to join our team full-time on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will focus on developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, exploring new business opportunities within the wedding & event sector, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting prospective clients, presenting and negotiating proposals, and delivering excellent service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management (preferably in Wedding/Event industry).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
